A summary of your site:
Welcome to Las Vegas, Nevada. Here, you can be anyone you want, as long as you have the spine to back it up. What most people are involved in in this neck of the woods, however is the mob. Two of the biggest mafias in Vegas are the de Costa organization, run by Carlisle de Costa and the Kennedy organization, run by Cade Kennedy. Polar opposites in the way they run, it is a recipe for friction and disaster. Tensions are growing between the Kennedy's and de Costa's and an all-out war is hovering on the brink. Alliances must be made, and enemies chosen. Be careful who you get involved with, because once you get in, there is no getting out.
The Mafias seem to run this town, while the Cops pretend like they are. The Lawyers are as corrupt as they can be, most involved in keeping the gangs out of prison instead of in, mostly because of the money. No pay, no go. But, are these people really who they say they are? Is everyone influenced by Carlisle and his men? Who is really running this town?
TAKE NOTE: City of Luck is a freeform roleplay, where most of the plotting occurs within the members. Suggestions for what happens next are encouraged and considered. Most of this plotting will occur in character plot pages, which is why they are so important.
