A summary of your site:
The wizarding world has only recently come out of a great, long, arduous war with the revived Death Eaters. Again, the Death Eaters scattered to the wind where they might reform one day under the right maniac.

Luckily ... for the Death Eaters, the right psychotic just might have come along.

He's an unknown even among the remaining faithful. He strikes out of nowhere and seemingly at random. He's killed countless muggles and well over fifteen muggleborns and their families. No known Death Eater fits his description and no known Death Eater has a clue who he is. They cheer him and wear masks similar to his and mimic his actions, throw rallies to show their masked support. The Department of Magical Law Enforcement, still reeling from massive losses suffered during the last war, has threatened to enact another draft to pull in all able-bodied witches and wizards into the ranks to fight this new menace.

And this is where we find ourselves, on the brink of yet another war brought about by another sadistic bigot and legions of his groupies ... care to join us?
