A summary of your site:

This role-play takes place in modern day Killamarsh (a fictional city in northern England). It's one of many places full of zoanthropes (humans who can change into animals). Fearing the safety of humankind, every police force in the world possesses a Zoanthrope Investigations unit, that must keep zoanthropy secret from human civilians, deal with crimes committed by or against zoans and monitor the shifter communities.

There are many in Killamarsh, each controlled by a leader and several rank holders, who ensure that their members and rogues (zoans unaffiliated with their group) obey the law (or don’t get arrested or convicted), as well as offering them companionship and protection. It’s a wise idea to gather in numbers with Killamarsh’s prejudiced “rulers” (Lord Mayor Robert Walpole and Deputy Mayor Johanna Stuart (NPCs)) corrupting the city and constantly finding new ways to subtly (and not so subtly) patronise and restrain its zoan population.
