Who needs rules when you’ve got freedom?
Who needs politics when you’ve got chaos?
With the joker behind bars, no one knows what’s going to happen now. People are questioning what they’re really in Gotham for. People are curious as to why the tables have turned, and the good guys are the bad guys. No one knows who to support anymore.
He knows it’s his fault, he knows there’s no way to stop it either. With him being a wanted man and all, who can blame him for not trying. Batman must stay hidden if he wants to stay alive, but only after taking care of the bad guys. But who says they’re bad guys. No one. No one questions their motives anymore, no one except a select few.
Gordon still has hope for Gotham.Batman does. But do others? Batman has taken care of who he knows are the bad guys. the riddler, the penguin, the scarecrow. They’re in arkham now, thanks to the bat. Gotham is now waiting for a new mayor. Perhaps they’ll get the one they’re looking for. Perhaps they’ll get a nasty surprise. But what happened to the ‘bad guys’. Well. They’re still in Arkham. But they’re planning on getting.

Madness, as you know, is like gravity. All it takes is a little
push and it seems these days all Gotham has gone to Hell.
As one by one Gotham’s citizens seem to be following in
the footsteps of Gotham’s two biggest patrons. Some wish
to rise up and save it from the brink of madness, while
others wish to watch the world burn. Where do you stand
in the war for Gotham’s streets, with Harvey Dent and
Gordon’s silent protector or do better fit in with the Joker
and his better class of criminal. Or just maybe perhaps you
stand in the middle, trying to make sense of the chaos. Ether
way prepare yourselves, a dark dawn is on the horizon.

but with nothing more than a sick mind and a few explosives,
the Joker overthrew society as we knew it in a matter of days.
And now things are worse than ever as our crime rate climbs
to an all time high, the economy hits an all time low and the
obituaries are ever growing as people are caught in the middle
of Batman’s crusade against crime. Harvey Dent tells us that
with a little hope and ingenuity we can reclaim our future. But
can he be taken seriously as people continue to lose their minds
and crime runs wild in our streets? Welcome to Gotham the
devil’s playground and haven for the grotesquely insane.
